DISCTALK is a free personality test based on the DISC behavioral model. Twenty questions take about three minutes, and the result is one of 16 characters—"The Non-Stop Locomotive," "The Always-Checking-In Friend"—each with a line they often say, so teammates can look at each other's results and laugh.
The personal report covers core traits, strengths and their flip side, a "user manual" (signs under pressure, please do this, please avoid this, how you recover), a communication guide for each other type, and small habits to go one step further.
The part we most wanted to build is the team report: drop one link into your team chat and, with just two people, get a team map, type mix, pairs to watch, and suggested team agreements on one page.
